OOTD: Janine's Birthday!

On Saturday I celebrated my friend Janine's 17th birthday with our friends/her cousins Cecile and Ally by eating at P.F. Chang's and sneaking into Spring Breakers (not worth it). It was a fun evening filled with laughter and mischief as it always is with these girls!
